This is a private, single-user integration. It retrieves Oura data authorized by the account owner solely to help their personal Hermes assistant consider sleep, readiness, activity, workouts and related wellbeing signals when planning schedules.

OAuth credentials and retrieved data are stored on the user-controlled private server. Data is not sold, shared with advertisers, or made available to other users. Access can be revoked from the Oura account at any time. The user may request deletion by disabling the integration and removing its stored credentials.

The integration is informational and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
